Anil began his career in real estate in 1988, at the age of 17, investing in real estate throughout Metro Denver. Having graduated from the University of Colorado, Boulder with a degree in Small Business Management and Entrepreneurship. Anil is actively investing in Real Estate, has accumulated over 34 years of experience and has been involved in hundred of transactions as a Buyer, Seller, Broker or Private Lender. As an active investor, Anil gained significant general contractor experience remodeling and building brand new homes. Anil was also a partner in a company that developed over 80 acres of raw land to finished lots, ready for new home construction.

Anil has also been a licensed real estate broker for over 22 years and currently has a Colorado Employer level real estate license and is a Realtor®. Anil brings his philosophy of delivering client-first customer service in every transaction. His natural pre-disposition for helping people allows him to help his clients achieve their real estate goals. He focuses his efforts to constantly improve his overall service and communications in each transaction. Being an early adopter of sophisticated online marketing techniques to better market his clients, and carved his niche as a local expert in Denver’s competitive market, a market that he knows and loves.
