Have You Been Hurt By The Marshall Fire?

I'm Here To Help

If you or someone you know suffered a loss in the Marshall Fire, please allow me to help you navigate through this tough situation for free. I understand how you might be feeling right now because I have had two of my families lose their homes and everything they own to this fire. It’s devastating to say the least and I’m trying to connect with everyone through this page so I can help you.

It is times like these that we need to band together and help one another out to the best of our abilities. I might have not done this until my cousin recently reached out to me and told me that the estimate, he got for rebuilding his home was over $350 per square foot and at that price, he is significantly underinsured.

Since I have been in real estate and construction for the past 34 years, I know that this is not true. Then he told me that the average price being quoted to rebuild homes from the fire was $350-$450 per square foot. This really upset me. I believe the contractors trying to charge this much are just taking advantage of an unfortunate situation – not on my watch!

I have great memories associated with the community and I can’t see everyone getting ripped off by contractors and insurance providers looking to make a quick buck or two off your situation. Please note these important points:
